MJAK 11-08-2021 12:51 Lovely material and colour M&S sizing is so unreliable I had to buy more than 1 dress to find the best size. I'm 5ft 9ins and was a 14 way back when M&S sizes were consistent. I kept the size 10 which is still roomy and by no means tight. I would have liked the dress to be longer and reach my ankles but length is acceptable. I think it may look better without the belt. It's good to have natural fabrics especially for summer clothes.

Detailed stitching is pretty and the style is very on-trend…. a bit boho 70’s I guess. But…. I bought a per una tiered denim dress earlier in the year which was a very similar style and fitted perfectly. This green dress is much smaller…. I’m very disappointed. The lack of consistency in M&S has become apparent again - it’s very frustrating. I’d recommend the dress to anyone smaller than me! I got the 24 so I’ve no wiggle room - metaphorically and literally !!!

It's a shame as it's a lovely dress - well made and a really nice colour. I ordered a size 16 but as I'm 5ft 2in it wasn't right for me. If you are tall you will love it!!

Yaz2021 27-07-2021 11:08 Very unflattering fit sadly Beautiful colour and details but super unflattering. Needs a lower neckline and it is very wide. I’m 5’7” and ordered the size 12. Returned it as it looked like a sack on me.

standsoutside 26-07-2021 03:01 Gorgeous colour This is a lovely dress and a stunning green colour. Unfortunately the sleeves were too tight on me and the frill on the neckline was too annoying. If you like the look of it I would give it a try as it is lovely.

JCN1916 23-07-2021 11:54 Very odd I had high hopes of this dress. The colour is great, it is cotton and I love the detailing. However, as other reviewers have said, it is just too bulky. The dress doesn't come up big, its the rigidity of the fabric that gives it bulk if that makes sense. As a result it adds inches even where there arn't any! The fabric itself is lovely, I think it is the design of this dress that is at fault. It might have been better if a more fluid fabric had been used. It is a very great shame as M&S don't do that many cotton dresses. I think if this dress had more tailoring to take into account the nature of the cotton then it would have been a winner.
