We all know there were delays in delivery running up to Christmas. Having bought most Christmas presents online, I noticed that most big companies were despatching their items within 24 hours in order to do the best to manage the situation. M&S took 6 days to despatch these so they were our last gift to arrive, but we’re by no means the last gift I ordered.
