Love these trousers but had to go a whole size up - ordering, returning, re-ordering. What a bore and I’m sure your sales stats flourish as a result - you must think we’re stupid? Not impressed at all. Other styles remain the same. At a store yesterday and some 14s were ok others wouldn’t even come close - all same size (obviously not 😡) Please sort it out as it will stop me shopping with you. Someone somewhere is giving different sizing directives to the manufacturers!

I ordered size 8 both long and regular. The regular too tight and too short the size 8 long fitted perfectly on waist but far too long so returned both pairs

I'm very very late to the barrel-leg party. I wasn't sold on how they looked on others and therefore didn't think they'd look that great on me...in fact, the first pair I tried from another brand looked pretty awful. I ordered these in the green and was very pleasantly surprised, so much so, I ordered them in the other colour too! I agree with others that the waist is on the snug side. Sizing up would not have been the answer as they fit perfectly everywhere else, but I love the trousers, I'll have to deal with it somehow!

Thank you M&S for extra short options in trousers! At 5ft 1 I still struggle with length but these are perfect. Sitting just at the ankle along with the barrel style way more flattering than I expected. Love them.

Lovely - bought dark khaki colour for my daughter. They come up tight on the waist so had to size up. Short length for her 5’3 , sit on the ankle, look great with sandals. A nice spring/ summer trouser

Smart yet casual and lovely khaki colour. Thought they’d be lovely for spring/ summer. As previous reviews said they do tend to run towards the small side. I normally wear size 8 but found the 10 a much better fit. I’m just 5’2 and bought extra short as the short was slightly long for me especially as I want to wear with flat sandals. Overall happy with my purchase!

Nice summer trousers
I loved the shape of these high waisted trousers and the pleats and tie belt are great. Unfortunately had to return as they were far too tight on the waist .

Bought the olive version but had to size up. Usually take a 10 but got the 12 after reading previous reviews and the fit was perfect. Decided to buy the beige/cream colour, same size 12 and they’re too small. Took off the tags as I assumed they’d fit so I can’t return them. Very disappointing with regard to sizing.
