No, I don't recommend this
It looked longer on the model if you want a longer length as the photo is size up as it’s bias cut. I usually wear a size 10 in M&S. I didn’t love the fabric was a bit cheap feeling, sorry this one returned.

Good summer skirt

Lightweight and flattering for summer. Elastic in waistband is very tight, so difficult to pull over hips, but then gapes slightly when on. The quality of waistband could certainly be improved, hence 4 stars.

Smart summer skirt

I'm a UK10-12 and 5ft 8in and originally bought a size 10 in regular length. It was a little small so I got size 12 and long length and this fits perfect just sits a couple of inches above the ankles. Look lovely for casual wear paired with a tshirt and trainers or you can dress it up with sandals and a vest top.

Saw this on-line and thought it looked elegant and as it was in a chocolate stripe, unusual since brown shades, which suit me, are usually quite difficult to find during the summer months. The style and cut looked superb on but, oh dear, the fabric was very thin and did not feel nice to wear. Therefore reluctantly returned.

Lovely skirt but waist very small, which is unusual for M&S because usually quite generous. I’m 5’5’ and 9st 12lbs. I’m usually between a size 10 and 12. I ordered a 12, but waist far too tight. Sadly no zip, which may have helped, so returned. But material beautiful.

Bought the on trend red colour for an upcoming cruise as I wanted a long but lightweight skirt that wasn’t see-through! Will look lovely dressed up with sandals, or with flip flops/trainers for a more casual look. Slim fitting so if you’re between sizes like I am, best get the larger one on this occasion (I got the smaller and although it fitted, I wanted a slightly looser fit for sunny weather). Looking forward to wearing it on holiday.
