The fabric is comfortable to wear but the shoulders and arms are a bit tight and restrictive.

OK T-Shirt but not suitable for gym. Nice pattern and material but too tight around shoulders. I am shorter than the model and quite slim but if you are going to lift your arms up way too restrictive.
