Nothing wrong with the voucher but you need to have a word with the courier. Very poor service. Our voucher was addressed to Leicester but was last heard of in Bodmin Corwall

The voucher is fine. However it took nine days to arrive and unfortunately missed the birthday that it was meant for as a gift. I emailed m&s but had no response as I thought it was lost, but it did eventually turn up. So now I have a gift card for myself which I paid postage for too. I realise m&s can't control post, especially this time of year, but a response would've been welcome.
