Not What I expected from M&S

Ordering online was simple. I was a bit disappointed that the minimum spend for free delivery was £60 which is rather random. I was also rather annoyed that the gift card message I wrote came printed on a separate piece of paper and not printed onto the card. As I purchased the pop up card, there is nowhere in the card to put the message. So I'll just have to leave in the envelope and this looks cheap.
