My mum said it arrived very well packaged so the plant was completely undamaged. The plant itself was exactly what was pictured in the listing, and my mum absolutely loved it. Ordered on line for a Mother’s Day gift and was very bad quality. My mother didn’t want say anything cos she felt embarrassed, i spotted when visiting her. How can a mother be embarrassed about receiving an awful gift from Marks and Spencer’s, purchased from her son. So bad
