Poor Embroidery. Photo showed the pillowcase in a nice slim box, but it came un-packaged. Kept it because my granddaughter wanted it for a christmas present, but very disappointed.i

The pillowcases arrived in damaged packaging, they definitely looked used, for a company that prides itself with high standards, this was disappointing. The quality of the pillowcases is ok, it’s definitely changed. The personalisation was also disappointing with thread hanging.. overall disappointing and would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with how it was sent to me. It didn’t come in its original packaging. Considering I paid £40 per case I’d expect some kind of packaging since it was a gift as well.

Bought for one of my friends. Hairdresser recommended, to keep your hair in tiptop condition, sleep using a silk pillowcase. This is so lovely and the fact it is personalised is a bonus.

Lovely products that were bought as gifts. The only downside was that they are off the shelf items that are then put back into the original packaging after personalisation. Because they’re gifts your hope is that they’re beautifully presented and unfortunately this lets the pillowcases down. I took the cases out and popped them back in more neatly with the initials showing. These are lovely gifts it’s just a shame M&S can’t make bespoke packaging for this option.

Received as a Christmas present, just opened it and although the silk felt of good quality the M that was embroidered on it was puckered and what is the point of putting it on the bottom right? Once you put the pillow in its place you can’t see the M because the duvet obscures it ….. top right or top left is where it should be. Very disappointed

I have a silk pillowcase from M&S and pleased with it. I thought it would be a lovely gift to buy another one and get it personalised, but I am quite disappointed and not sure how to gift it now. The packaging has been ripped open, not neatly!, and then stuck back down with tape. It looks used.

It was simply an ordinary silk pillowcase (which was allegedly sold out) that had been opened, personalised and put back in packet, upside down and not very well, packet was ripped and a sticker saying personalised was then stuck over the price.

Very disappointed. Pillowcase arrived in damaged packet, wasn't folded neatly and subsequently badly creased, the initial was clumsily embroidered . Bought as a gift but would have been embarrassed to give.
