For a M&S product I expected better! The personalised writing is a scribble and seem to drag. The quality of the mask is not that good either - I have a mark on mine!

The box came absolutely battered and the product is cheap and nasty. It looks just like a sticker stuck on to the product. Really unhappy and will not be giving as a gift as I had planned to.

Box was damaged. Name was slightly wonky and worst of all the sticky edge where the name has been stuck down is very visible. Like a border around the name. This should not be Visible at all. Also it is very loose even on an adult head. The only plus was the extremely fast delivery time hence a one star. Disappointed.

I am a regular customer with m&s and I’ve never had a complaint in regards to the quality of the products I have brought. However on this occasion I am disappointed. I ordered these personalised masks and the packaging itself was poor . It comes in a presentation box which you can clearly see they have removed the price label. It made the box look ugly. I had to go and buy a new box to place the mask inside
