Poor Quality
No, I don't recommend this
I was really looking forward to getting my backpack but so disappointed when it arrived. It just feels cheap and has a zip which does not work properly. Frustratingly I can't return it as it's a personalised product (there's no option to buy it unpersonalised) In hindsight I wish I had spent a bit more and got something decent

Not very strong
Bought this design a few months ago and whilst I love the design the straps are coming lose via the stitching.
