The cake was very well received by a 90-year-old celebrating his birthday & we all enjoyed it. Delicious and moist with plenty of butter cream (but not too much). The reason for 4 stars is that the cake was not well secured to the board, and somewhere in transit it had rolled over onto the inscription, obliterating some of it. We were, therefore , forced to do a rather complicated repair job to restore it, and then melt more chocolate to attach it securely for the onward journey to the celebrations.
