The buckle was scratched and I wasn't able to do the zip up at all. This is a poor design, it's unfortunate as the coat itself is nice

This is a nice coat for the price. Plenty of room so may be better to take a size smaller. One thing that is a bit annoying is when the coat is worn open the two heavy duty zip pulls bang on my knee. Solved it by pulling them both to the top of the coat..

Excellent quality and true to size. Lovely size hood so fits nicely with my hair up and down. Some reviews said the belt falls out - I just clip it together at the back if I want the coat open and unzipped. Good pocket size. So lovely and warm. Just perfect !

Smart looking coat but unfortunately the belt on the coat supplied was extremely tight and uncomfortable. I ordered a size 12. Unsure about the hood. Looked good with hood down framing face but silly with all the fur when up.

Penguin audition!

Very disappointed with overall look. More padded than I expected and even though I am slim, I felt like an overstuffed penguin when I’d zipped the coat up. It was a shame as it was well made and dressier with the belt and fur.

Secon rate buckle.
The coat looks very good indeed but I feel the zip and buckle on the belt let it down badly. I struggled with the zip, but I just could not fasten the buckle. It's either poorly made or faulty. Such a shame, I had to send it back.
