Filorga Optim Eye Patches

No, I don't recommend this

I bought two boxes of this item on Boxing Day and when I got home, I opened the boxes, every set of eye patches had an expiry date of June 2018 - SIX MONTHS OUT OF DATE. I am absolutely disgusted at this. We are all looking for bargains as this was from £40 to £20 per box but they were unusable. £40 WASTED This happened to me before with Marks and Spencer when I bought a beauty item and when I complained they told me they cannot return it as I opened the box. The expiry date is not on the outside of the packaging but the inside, how am I suppose to know that. I thought it was illegal to sell items of any kind that the date expired. This is dangerous to the seller and the buyer. You buy an item and you might have an allergic reaction because of an expiry date. I was not going to take that chance. Word of advice, DO NOT BUY ANY BEAUTY PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT SHOW AN EXPIRY DATE OUTSIDE THE PACKAGING. Very disappointed. Whether Marks and Spencer read this or not, I will not know. But if they do, they will give some lame excuse and accuse me that it is my fault. Also, I complained when I use to buy clothes from the Best of British - MADE IN UK when I wore a garment a handful of times and they would not give me the refund even though it was visable that it look woren already. I have spent a fortune in this store, check out the points and the treatment is so poor for a customer like myself.

No Liquid

No, I don't recommend this

I bought these eyepatches in the January sale as they were going for twenty pounds, which is half price, a bargain I thought. However when I opened a packet they were just bits of black plastic with no serum. Completely dry. When I looked up a review online, it said they are supposed to be covered in a serum-like liquid but there was none, so I was just putting black plastic on my eyebags. Not sure what happened here but do not think this was the real thing. I like Filgora but something is wrong. .Also the shape of these patches was ragged like they were badly cut.
