Disappointing
No, I don't recommend this
Sadly the quality of flowers that arrived for my friend's birthday were well below the quality I expected from M & S. It seems that they may have been stored incorrectly as on one side of the bouquet, the bulbs were hard as they seemed not to have had sufficient water. My friend did call to try and get a replacement sent without telling me, as she felt embarrassed to tell me but they said it would have to go through me and that I would be contacted...I am still waiting and the flowers arrived 12th March 2021.

Broken stems, muddy flowers, rotten stems, roses crusty and past best. Timing of delivery was good, communication too, and to be fair to M&S they have fully refunded me for the flowers.

Ordering and delivery very efficient, well notified and arriving when expected. Flower bunch smaller than expected. Flowers started wilting after 2 days. Most disappointing Flowers started wilting after 2 days and

This package of flowers, bubbly and chocolates was ordered for my mother in law to celebrate Mother’s Day. They arrived on time, but the flowers had seen better days and according to my MIL were damaged and looked they had been hanging around a long time and mishandled. Upsetting, as we chose M&S because we trust in their quality. Will not be ordering from them again. To be fair a full refund has been issued to us, but it does not make up for this poor service from M&S.

This bouquet was far smaller than advertised and the flowers were wilted and droopy. The prosecco was also not very nice. I was really quite embarrassed when my mum opened her gift.

Flowers looked nothing like the photo. Half dead, roses dead abs delivered at 9.10pm Saturday night which gave my mother in law quite a fright. Very disappointment and awful value for money

This is a lovely gift but was delivered having been turned upside down - probably because warning label was upside down - water drained out, damaged the packaging and left the flowers rolling about in the box.
