Mum's Purple Surprise Bouquet

So convenient, to pick from the web, a few clicks, pay up and that’s Mothers Day taken care of! But the quality was not great. The flowers never looked as good as the web photo. After five days they were getting tired. Supermarket Roses often last well over a week which is impressive.

These were bought for Mothers Day, given it's the second year in a row we've been unable to visit in person. The bouquet arrived damaged, stems without flowers and broken stems. Within a few days all flowers were dead. Very disappointing given the cost of this bouquet and not at all what I would expect from M&S. Always been great quality flowers in the past.

I bought these flowers for mothers day for my mum. My mum told me they weren't looking their best when they arrived. When my mum called to let them know, they promptly sent another bunch and a box of chocolates. It was lovely of them to send a box of choccies but again the flowers weren't looking their best

I bought this bouquet for my mother for Mothering Sunday. She brought them to the door to show me when I popped round to see her, doorstep visit due to Covid. I couldn't have been more shocked at how poor they were. All the flowers were brown around the edges and looked like they were dying, nothing like the picture showed when I bought them. I could have bought nicer flowers from the supermarket and for quarter of the price.

I bought these flowers as a gift for my Mom on Mother’s Day. When they arrived they were half dead. She threw them away not long after receiving them.

I bought this for Mother's Day and was quite disappointed with how it turned out. Well packaged and ease of delivery but flowers were packed with green foliage and not too many flowers.

Lovely flowers as advertised - slightly surprised that there were not more for the price though !

I was disappointed with the bouquet my mum received it did not match the photo in terms of number of flowers.

I sent these to my mum and they were half the size of the picture. 2 roses broken and started to wilt within 2 days. Not at all what you expect

I bought these for my mum on mother's day and she was thrilled with them. She sent me a photo and they really were gorgeous - perfect in fact!

I bought these for my Mum like I always do for Mother’s Day, and i have to say that i was really disappointed in them. You get a leaflet in the box saying they have been sent as buds in order to last longer, but mine weren’t and they were browning round the edges of the petals. They didn't even last a week. This will make me think twice about ordering flowers again.
