Mum's Purple Surprise Bouquet

Got these for a Mothers day gift and they were lovely. They turned up in good condition and lasted really well - had a happy Mum!

Ordered this to be delivered to my mum for Mother’s Day. I wanted to show her how much I appreciated her and thought M&S flowers would do that. How wrong was I. The flowers arrived and had already started to die! The box drenched in water from the flowers. The flowers looked dry and not fresh and vibrant like the photo! It was so disappointing and upsetting.

A Mother's Day present which looked just right in the pictures. Unfortunately several flowers had to be binned soon after delivery and my Mother has advised me not to use M & S again as they were so disappointing generally. For £40 this isn't acceptable and I will be contacting M & S further re this.

Flower quality was poor & packaging burst on delivery.

Flowers were delivered and were poor to average for the money. The day after they were delivered they were dying.

So convenient, to pick from the web, a few clicks, pay up and that’s Mothers Day taken care of! But the quality was not great. The flowers never looked as good as the web photo. After five days they were getting tired. Supermarket Roses often last well over a week which is impressive.

These were bought for Mothers Day, given it's the second year in a row we've been unable to visit in person. The bouquet arrived damaged, stems without flowers and broken stems. Within a few days all flowers were dead. Very disappointing given the cost of this bouquet and not at all what I would expect from M&S. Always been great quality flowers in the past.

I bought these flowers for mothers day for my mum. My mum told me they weren't looking their best when they arrived. When my mum called to let them know, they promptly sent another bunch and a box of chocolates. It was lovely of them to send a box of choccies but again the flowers weren't looking their best

I bought this bouquet for my mother for Mothering Sunday. She brought them to the door to show me when I popped round to see her, doorstep visit due to Covid. I couldn't have been more shocked at how poor they were. All the flowers were brown around the edges and looked like they were dying, nothing like the picture showed when I bought them. I could have bought nicer flowers from the supermarket and for quarter of the price.
