Extremely disappointed unfortunately on this occasion. Only the mum goose was received. First time in 55 years I couldn't be with my mum on the day so I was deeply upset that what I ordered did not arrive in full. Have received a refund for half, thank you, but that's not the point. I'll think twice about ordering from M & S again for a special occasion.

I was only sent part of the product, the "mum" goose. As a replacement there were some chocolates inside. I wasn't contacted by M&S about this, I had to contact them to complain. They gave me a partial refund, so resolved satisfactorily.
