Fresh flowers but not great value for money. Past choices have been much better. The main problem was the bouquet I would have liked was out of stock ???? So maybe it should have been taken off the site or perhaps written out of stock before having to go through all the steps.

This bouquet was very nice. There were some broken flower heads which probably occurred during transit. My wife was very pleased with the mixture of colours. They have also lasted well and look good a week after delivery.

The flowers look amazing! Got for my mother on mothers day, arrived on the Sunday and was very well presented and wrapped. One week on and they still look gorgeous. Not worth the money to some but worth it if you want to guarantee quality.

Very pleased with the flowers. Delivery was spot on and everything apparently vey well packed. Only downside is I now gets lots of junk emails from M&S - must remember to stop them before I just delete without reading!

Ordered 2 bouquets- one for my mother and mother in law. Very disappointed- my mother’s flowers ( £ 30 ) were wilting on the day of delivery and died completely by Tuesday . The roses never stood upright ! My mother in law s flowers were the same .

I pre ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mother in law for Mother's day. Your app was easy to follow to place my order with very clear graphics. The delivery arrived on the day and was packed really securely. My Mother in law loved them and I popped over on Friday and the flowers were still in Bloom and healthy. I loved the beautiful colours and the various flowers used. I will definitely use Marks and Spencer again.
