The quality and freshness of the vegetables was good but they were in hugs chunks - for example, one piece of yellow pepper was over a quarter of a large pepper, and the onions, which should be chopped small, were far too big. So the labour put in lowers the value as far as I was concerned, and it would take you so little time to provide smaller chunks.

I bought these to save time in preparing for a big family lunch, so, in that sense, they were good value. But as others have said, I thought there was too much red onion and the veg pieces were huge and needed cutting up. But when cut up more they cooked well in the time given and everyone enjoyed them. So, useful for a big meal, but would prefer my own for husband and me!

There was a very generous amount and plenty for 8 servings . The only observation is that there were too many red onions in fact a disproportionate amount which almost spoiled the dish, but not quite. Suggest M&S reduce this, and increase the other contents.of course. Lovely basil dressing made it.

My only complaint was the uneven size of the pieces vegetables. If I had not sliced some into smaller pieces I think cooking this dish would have resulted in some vegetables overcooked and others undercooked. Apart from this the quality and quantity of these vegetables was very good.

As it was said itv serves 6 I thought it would come in one tray, not 3. But this was not a problem, as I was able to use it for 2 different meals. Lovely fresh vegetables, cooked for the 25mins at 180 in a fan oven and they were perfect. Try them they are great.

Great variety of veg, all prepared well though some pieces a bit too chunky so needed extra chopping. Cooking instructions spot on and made a delicious addition to a traditional roast.Plenty for 6 quite hearty eaters as an extra veg but probably only for 4 as stated if a main veg
