Worst wine
No, I don't recommend this
I don't usually write reviews, but don't want anyone else to waste their money, this was absolutely awful, poured down the sink.

Would have scored it a big fat zero star
No, I don't recommend this
Literally never write wine reviews, too busy drinking it but this was pure evil and got poured down the sink, shame on whoever considered this drinkable.

Horrendous. Used in a WSET Level 3 wine tasting and wholly rated Poor. We are all used to "Pongy Pinot," but this is all pong and no fruit. Primary aromas have been lost and give over to pure vegetal notes. On the palate, acidity is so out of kilter with the rest of the wine that I'd be amazed if the grapes were ripe at all when picked. Medium (-) finish quickly becoming bitter and astringent.

Very disappointed
No, I don't recommend this
Never usually review wines but this was indeed very disappointing. Doesn’t deserve a “classic” title. Poor quality forbtge orice and not a classy Pinot noir

Worst Pinot I have ever tasted!
No, I don't recommend this
Probably the worst example of a NZ Pinot I have ever tasted - thin, tasteless and totally overpriced. The Valpolicella Ripasso from the classics range is great!

Dissappointing
No, I don't recommend this
I'm an advocate of NZ wine; I'm a kiwi. I spend most of my time when I go home seeking quality NZ wine (and seeing family of course). This is thin, pretty acidic and reminded me of really, really cheap burgundy that usually costs about 3Euro in French supermarkets.

Easy drinking wine with typical New Zealand background tastes

This wine was part of the valentines offer, and no wonder it was the last choice in store. Probably the worst bottle of wine I have tasted from M&S out of the 35 years I have shopped at the food hall. I would have given 0 stars only this portal does not allow it. I am disappointed because the rack of lamb, side dishes, and desserts were excellent. I cannot agree with the ‘professional’ review attributed to this bottle of plonk. If it was capable of making a phone call it would be a blocked number on my mobile.
