Fast delivery but flowers were looking lifeless when they were first opened as they weren’t in water for 24 hours. After put in water for a few days they came back to life

I ordered this for Mother’s Day and can honestly say I’ve never been more disappointed in M&S. The flowers arrived in a box, they were bone dry, petals browning, flowers drooping , stems broken and generally awful. There was about twice as much greenery as flowers, which was also limp and browning. I immediately phoned customer service to complain and was given a full refund ( the person I spoke to could not have been more helpful, I doubt I was the only one complaining). I expected a quality product from M&S, what I got was anything but.

i bought this as a gift for mother's day. Unfortunately the parcel was heavily damaged when it arrived and some of the flowers had been damaged. What is left has flowered beautifully (note: a replacement was sent)

Delivered promptly on Mother's Day in amazing condition and blossomed beautifully throughout the week. My mum was so happy with her flowers and thought the little card accompanying the flowers was a nice touch. The Prosecco Rose was also really lovely!

Not the usual standard from M&S. Bought this extra big bunch for Mother's Day with a "goodwill" gesture 30% discount code after my first bunch was damaged and destroyed by DPD. Sadly this lot looked like they hadn't seen a drop of water all week. Fresh roses are supposed to be tightly bunched and these were far from it. Will be asking for another refund in due course

I ordered this gorgeous bunch of flowers for my mum on Mother’s Day, however when they arrived they were completely different to what I had expected and paid for! Wilted half dead flowers that lasted less than a week and have now had to be thrown away. Flimsy, hardly any flowers in the bunch. Just really not what I expected, especially for an expensive M&S bunch. Disappointing.

Bought this for Mother’s Day and was so dissatisfied, the bouquet was tiny and the personalised message was awful, printed on a pice of M&S paper. Would never purchase an item like this from the website again, definitely not worth the money!!
