Terrible quality & no help from M&S

The colour of the top of the table faded within a couple of weeks. M&S customer services informed me it was because it was in the sun and they were not responsible. They did not offer to replace it or refund me. It is an outdoor table. If it cannot stand up to a couple of weeks of British summer sun, it is clearly faulty and not fit for purpose. It is now ugly and discoloured. Definitely not the quality or service I expect from M&S. My outdoor furniture bought a couple of years ago from a comparable retailer is still bright and attractive. I will not be buying anything like this from M&S again. Money down the drain.

I love the style of this but unfortunately the metal parts, including the whole table, is now a different colour to the chair strands. It is now two tone red and orange and doesn’t look nice at all. For an outdoor table I wouldn’t expect sun bleaching to happen so quickly, perhaps mine was faulty?

Really pleased with this 2 seat bistro set. Very good quality. I have it in the teal colour which blends with other bits I have. I do use seat and back cushions which make it perfect.

Table top was scratched when it arrived and the finish is pretty non scratch resistant, table top is ruined already and I’ve only had it a month with minimal useage
