The right length…finally

Delighted that I have finally found the right length and won’t need to have these turned up. The bright blue ones I bought 2 summers ago had to be shortened. Am 5’3” and the short are perfect in both colours (navy and black). Although I am a size 16 in other trousers I sized down to 14 as I always do with these linen trousers. Wish the cropped ones in linen mix would come out the right size too. Even extra short are not mid calf on me.

I love the style of these pants but the main issue with all of m & s linen trousers or shorts is that the tag is itchy and irritates the skin when you put it on. Even if you try cutting it off it’s still irritating unlesss you place a layer between it and your skin.

This item is a true to size linen trouser. I thought I was buying a beige but actually they are stripped. So not ideal but better than not having linen trousers for a holiday. Image and colour guide swatch could have been clearer.

Second pair of these linen trousers I have bought. Great fit and relaxed style for holiday or warm weather. Initially bought in white and now got the blue/grey stripe which is a lovely look without being mistaken for pyjamas, which I was concerned about! I am 5ft 9 tall and the long are a perfect length in flats and trainers.
