The top is linen and as I bought it on an offer I think it is good value for money. The linen isn’t too soft or too hard and the lace is a nice touch. I’m usually a size 12 in M&S blouses/shirts and I would say it fits nicely. I also ordered a size 14 but. it was too big under arms whereas the 12 doesn’t gape . I like the frilled peplum which isn’t too loose or tight over the midriff/tummy. I can see this being packed on most of my summer holidays
