Good concept, sets kinda conjested,

I like the dragon overall. I like that it looks kinda old. I think thats unique. The set is kinda conjested. Theres way too many minifigs. Like you only really need 2 to pull off this concept. Like you have a dragon rider and an opponent. Like this doesn't need to be a whole soap opera cast of minifigs. Ya know. For real though all the extra ones do is drive up the cost of the set. But it is what it is. Life demands to be lived.

A neat dragon with a unique profile

I buy LEGO almost exclusively to collect the dragons, as I enjoy how they tend to be highly poseable and customizable. This dragon turned out a lot larger than I expected, and it's the first black/ white LEGO dragon I've seen in which the predominant color is black and not white, helps it stand out among the crowd. That being said, the shape of the body strikes me as a touch unnatural, a surprise considering how a lot of recent dragons have looked more and more naturally shaped. Meanwhile, this guy's spine is just caved in like a bowl. A unique profile, sure, if not a slight bit odd. But that's just personal, as is my disappointment that a saddle/ clothing is built into the dragon. The design of the tail is neat, allowing the dragon to wield a sword, and it's nice to see a new moulded dragon head instead of another reprint of the existing shapes. The dragon's bearded appearance makes it look somewhat more like an Eastern dragon than most LEGO dragons, a welcome addition to the bearded dragon club. Complete with the tattered appearance of the wings, the idea of an elderly creature is conveyed well. Overall, I like this dragon. I made some modifications to mine, but only minor ones - it's pretty good as is, in my opinion.

Great For Ninjago Fans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are huge Ninjago fans, but they have so many Ninjago Legos at the moment. I decided to gift this to my nephew, and the look on his face when he received it was priceless! He had fun putting this together and was watching Ninjago while putting it together. It is such a good way to pass time and make precious memories. Bonding time over Legos never gets old and is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, when you think of Lego you think Durable and long lasting. This Master Dragon is a great looking beast. It is almost 1.5 ft long and has great detail. My 12 year old son put it together in about 2 hours so it’s not super difficult to assemble. Fun build for Ninjago fans.

Such a fun Lego set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My other photos won't load for some reason, apologies. This is a great Lego set! My youngest two children are currently working on it. They love anything that they have to focus intently on, Legos, Puzzles, etc. So this was a great addition for them. In true Lego fashion, it's been fun for them to put together and it's holding together great. I know that Legos are a bit expensive but I think the time someone spends really putting thought into the build and time spent bonding when building it together with someone(along with having it on display after), makes it well worth it. Plus, you can pass them on to other family members or friends to let them have a chance at building it and that's always awesome.

🐉Disappointing Dragon🐉

No, I don't recommend this
Upon completing the LEGO Ninjago set "Egalt the Master Dragon," I was dismayed by its structural weakness and poor design. Despite its visually appealing appearance, the dragon's inability to stand on its own legs and constant piece detachment, especially when attempting to reposition it for display, left me frustrated. While it may look impressive, its lack of durability and functionality ultimately disappointed. For a safer investment, I recommend sticking with LEGO Technic or Star Wars sets. The only part of Egalt that remains in my collection is his head displayed under the Bonsai tree.

Fun for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging and quality are very Legos. When you want to build something, it is the goto brand. The design is a little more complex, and the instructions are step by step. Overall, it is great quality, and you always get your money's worth. There are so many endless possibilities.

Quality and design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lego set offered a great design of the characters shown on the box. When I first received the product my 11 year old could not wait to put it together. He loved the fact that there were many pieces and steps. It was his first time having a lego set that had extra accessories for the wings of the dragon. After it was put together he couldn’t believe how big the dragon was compared to the little ninjas. The great part about this lego set was that he could interact with it more and it wouldn’t fall apart. The wings was by far a great addition to the design of the whole set. This lego set is great for kids to interact with a toy and also use their imagination. I will definitely be purchasing more lego set like these for my children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprised the kiddo with this Lego set when he came home from school. He was so excited to have a new set to build. It took him two days of afterschool time to complete. He is 7 but a very advance builder. He can follow along with the book but prefers the Lego Builder app. This one was fun for him with all the movable parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set is loved by my kids! They love that there is 5 characters in the set. All well designed with great details. The set comes with a easy to follow instruction book. I also liked that the pieces were broken up into 5 labeled bags for easy building. So glad Lego sent this set in exchange for my review.
