Found these to be pretty comfy and roomy. Not quite as good as my usual well known brand but thought I would give them a try due to the reviews. I think they are probably true to size. I normally am a size 4 in my usual trainer brand but I ordered a 4.5 in these to allow for socks and they are fine. I would definitely recommend these.

These trainers were favorably reviewed and I can certainly see why! They are stylish, and very comfortable. They are also lightweight, a bonus, in my opinion. The selling point for me was the trendy style and reasonable price, but I was delighted when wore I them for hours the first day and felt like I was wearing supportive slippers. Great product, M&S, keep it up, please!
