The shoe design and quality is absolutely beautiful. The only reason why I didn't give a five star is that the shoe didn't come in a box. It was a Christmas gift and I had to find a shoe box just to wrap the gift.

Feet different sizes - refund paid
Shoe price I'd paid via click & collect refunded in full, thank you. Sadly, neither size 11 or 12 fitted me with my slightly different foot sizes. Annoying, but no fault of M&S.
