Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

My husband and I celebrated a very special wedding anniversary last month and my two daughters sent us this beautiful bouquet of roses. They were absolutely stunning, furthermore, they stayed beautiful for nearly 3 weeks. Earlier this month, my daughter and her husband also celebrated a wedding anniversary, their 25th. I could think of no better way to mark it than to send them exactly the same flowers. She was as delighted as I was to receive them. Well done M&S!

These roses weren’t vet good at all I was so disappointed in them, I wanted it to be a special present for a friend to cheer them up. I could have got a better bouquet at the supermarket for £10. It’s very overpriced and I’m so disappointed as I get all my flowers from M&S

I appreciate that flowers are sent dry packed but the flowers I received were so soft headed they didn’t last . Really disappointing to receive and to see wilting nearly as soon as you get them . A very disappointing experience and lack lustre quality - no wow .

What a fabulous bunch. We ordered these for our daughter’s graduation to match her dress. She carried them all day and took so many photos with them. They were sturdy, well bunched, beautifully presented and stood up to a hot day being passed around. Great value for money.
