Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Knocked a star off as delivery by DPD was poor. Driver didn't follow my instructions via my app to leave with a neighbour & left the box by a bin. So I had to ring my cousin at work & tell her which spoilt my surprise for her. She however was delighted with them once she found them. I can't really comment in a review regarding the bouquet as I didn't actually see it, only going by her word. However the price & delivery timescale by M&S is good & are my usual go to.
