Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Sorry, I didn't order dead flowers
Sorry, but on this, a friend's 70th birthday occasion, you failed drastically. Flowers arrived totally dead, black stems, I feel they may have been left in a van overnight with no cooling as the weather was hot at the time. We probably won't stop ordering from as this a first among many successful deliveries. Try better next time.
