I often bought the real orchids from M&S for the hall table but I wasn’t good at remembering to water it so I thought this was an ideal solution. It looks so well. I’m delighted.

I’m sure the orchid itself might be lovely if I’d ever seen one that wasn’t smashed to pieces. We’ve had two delivered, and one that didn’t even make it that far, all smashed. It’s been a nightmare trying to contact M&S to actually get any support in the matter. I’ve finally had a refund, but it’s cost me much more in the amount of time (and an unhappy mum with no present for weeks on end) than what I’ve received.

This plant exceeded our expectations. Good value for the size and quality.
