Were unable to add a gift message either. Replacement arrived in battered box, also with price on and someone else's receipt in box!

Fifi4873 Broken pot Plant is lovely but pretty much like lots of other reviews, plant pot was in pieces in the box. Decided to keep it and just buy a pot for it because I fully expect a replacement to be exactly the same.
