Lady Bainsford Leather Walking Boots

These are great sturdy waterproof boots. So much better than fabric ones which leak at the seams. Very comfortable and warm. Will see me through wet muddy dog walks through the winter. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with my boots. Superb quality, they were the ultimate comfort. I now go on long walks.

Lovely boots at first look, but after wearing them for a few short walks, they are very uncomfortable, cant return as i have worn them, so disappointed with my purchase, have had boots similar in past but never had a problem

Fairly comfy straight off, slightly stiff but will no doubt soften. I have wide feet and they are plenty wide enough.

Intended as a Christmas present for my wife, so the package has been opened and the boots tried for fit indoors - she hasn't been dog-walking in them yet! They seem to be well-made and are a good fit. Excellent, prompt, service!

Well worth the money. Walked around 8hrs ,only 1 wee blister(I missed the spot with the compeed) size 4 great fit would say on smaller size. would recommend the boots. 👢

Bought these boots for walking around country areas to watch grandchildren riding, and also in the stable yard. The soles are well cleated for balance and the leather is waterproof. Haven’t worn them yet but they seem comfortable, hoping they won’t feel too heavy for me to walk in..

I thought the boots offered good value for money considering they are leather. However, the first 2 pairs I ordered had a minor fault and were returned. So far they are very comfortable but the real test will be whether or not they retain the waterproofing. Time will tell.

Good walking boots true fit I have worn them in the heavy rain we have just experienced and they did not let water in very pleased with my purchase as wanted them for dog walking

Delightedwith my new boots. They arrived promptly, and are really comfortable.

Very comfortable boots. Easy to lace up. Laces stay in place and don’t work loose over time. Only thing against them is that they are not waterproof. Ended up squelchy feet on first walk. Tongue of boot is not wide enough to keep water out. It looks closed when laced but water seeps over it when walking on a small puddle. This is a major fault I would say but could easily be remedied. Overpriced due to this. I will use them for dry walking and have bought a waterproof pair from another company for main walking in the hills etc. all in all a very expensive purchase for what I ended up with. I wouldn’t recommend these.

These boots are not waterproof- even morning dew on grass leaks through.

Received these some weeks ago and have worn them a couple of times only. These are decent enough shoes, with distinctive purple laces... seem suitable for rural and urban conditions. Better for cooler weather... Suitable for everyday wear, rocky or grassy paths etc as well as gentle hillwalking. I cannot comment on how these cope with challenging conditions or waterproof quality. Got quite warm in warm weather... Bargain at sale price. Probably fair quality, feels sturdy.
