Lace-Up Trainers

I purchased these trainers online as I liked the look of them and was not dissapointed when I collected them from my local M&S store. The trainers are packaged in an attractive box and inside it informs you that each pair of trainers purchased provides financial support to children’s education and health. I was really impressed by the quailty of the shoes too and was looking forward to wearing them on holiday. However, although the pair I bought are supposed to be a size 8, in actual fact they’re an American size 9 and seem a little on the large side. They don’t fit as snugly as other shoes I’ve bought from M&S - so much so that the right hand shoe began to rub against my ankle making it uncomfortable to wear. I’m hoping that the tan leather support at the rear of the shoe will bed in with use, otherwise I’d have given these a 5 star rating.
