Comfortable bra
Yes, I recommend this
Since the disappearance of the structured bra (model 02762395) which many of us in the post surgery community have lamented, I have been searching for a comfortable bar that will hold a prosthesis. This is the best one so far. it has high sides, offering post surgery support, the fabric is soft but not too floppy, and has no scratchy elements. It is only a bralette, and us larger ladies do need support, but not necessarily padding, but it does the job. Not as good as the other model (please bring it back M&S) but a good bra nonetheless.

Not as good as the total support post surgery bras which it seems you don’t have anymore

Like the style

After my mastectomy it was difficult to find a nice looking bra within a low budget. This bra is great. The prosthesis fits in perfect and no one would know. I would recommend this bra.

Black Lace Bralette
No, I don't recommend this
So disappointed with this bralette. Hurrah I thought a nice black lacy bralette suitable for those having had breast surgery. Before purchasing I read reviews and subsequently ordered both the size 10 and size 12. I am a sizes 10 with 32A bust. The order arrived promptly with no excess packaging which is a plus. The bra is pretty and feels quite soft and I like the thinner straps unlike a lot of mastectomy bras which are very wide. I was a little put off by the rather wide back strap with three hooks and eyes but this is a bralette so no unexpected. The size 12 was just too big all round but as I usually wear am M & S size 10 that seemed reasonable. However the size 10 was quite a tight fit round but that can be the case when the bra is very new and not uncomfortably so. The biggest disappointment was that my prothesis were just lost in the very big cup size of this bra. This caused the excess material to bunch and was very unattractive. Also the bra came up very high into my arm pits as appeared to be too wide at this point. It looked just dreadful. M & S is my first port of call for my underwear but since requiring a post surgery bra there is nothing that is remotely suitable. The small selection is either padded with moulded cups or like this bralette which is just unsuitable for an A capsize. Bralettes were returned.

Perfect fit
Yes, I recommend this
I like this because it has extra fabric underneath the armpits which prevents bulging. It’s an extremely comfortable bra for a post surgery wearer.

Sold as a post surgery bralette and was just what I needed during recovery. Very soft and fits well without being uncomfortable

No good for me
No, I don't recommend this
I shall have to take it back to the shop when I can. Too tight and gave me no shape.

Too small
No, I don't recommend this
I bought a 14 but it was too small. Measured it against a 12 and it was a little smaller

Not a good buy
No, I don't recommend this
I bought this a few days ago and plan to return it. Nothing like the previous post surgery bras. The pocket is a bit small and the cup does not give shape just squashes flat. Most disappointing. Why change from previous supplier I would have been happy to pay more for the fit.

Hard. Not comfy. Not front fastening.
No, I don't recommend this
My fault as I thought post surgery bras were front fastening. Why wouldn’t they be? The bra itself is quite rough and not soft and comfy as I thought it would be. Don’t quite know what this is for. I’m pre heart surgery so shopping for the event. I certainly would not recommend this for any heart or breast post surgery. Don’t waste your time on it. I love M&S but this is a fail.

Poor fit and uncomfortable
No, I don't recommend this
I bought this after breast surgery as a prettier alternative to my other post-surgery support bras. Unfortunately the size 10 was far too tight under my bust (I am a 32c) and the panels under my arms, whilst made of a soft material, were so high that they rubbed on the scar where I had lymph nodes removed. This was really disappointing as I was hoping to find something a little more glamorous for the festive season.I don’t know why this couldn’t be made in cup sizes like the others I bought from m&s.

Bit more supportive
Yes, I recommend this
This bralette has a fairly solid back with hooks and is a bit more supportive than some of the other stretchy bralettes. I read the reviews noting that it was a bit small and opted to go up a size - good advice, thanks ladies! Even so, the band is a snug fit though to increase any more would mean the 'cup' size would be too big. However, it is comfy and quite supportive with no bits that dig into scar tissue. More colour choice and matching knickers would be welcome M & S.

Brilliant fit

Now I’m a lady of a certain age this bra accommodates me and keeps me secure on the side that is more or less natural! I don’t fall out of the bra !

Very confortable
Yes, I recommend this
This a very comfortable bra, the high cut is good for my shape. Option for cross back makes it even more supportive. Only criticism is that the prostheses pocket is quite tight to hold a size 9 prostheses. It stretches up after use but other mastectomy bras have a bit of elastic on the pocket seem which makes things easier. Having said that, tighter pockets are good to hold the prostheses in place.

Super comfy.. great smooth fabric for under arm that doesn’t itch or scratch. I have bought bras from other companies and this one is the most comfortable
