Mini Work Skirts

For a smart look with a modern feel, explore our mini work skirts. In our collection, you’ll find above-the-knee pencil skirts as well as flared shapes crafted from drapey fabrics. Elasticated-waist skirts are comfy options for everyday wear, and – thanks to smooth, stretchy waistbands – you’ll have no problem tucking in a blouse or slipping a lightweight knit over the top.

When you’re putting together office-ready combos of mini skirts and slim-fitting blazers, subtle hues keep things professional. Think navy A-line skirts or tailored high-waisted skirts in warm tan or camel. Of course, always-on-trend black is hard to beat for versatility. If you want a little extra detail, browse our collection for skirts with timeless pinstripes from brands such as Hobbs, French Connection and Finery London.

Much of the appeal of your mini work skirt will come from the fabric used. You’ll find lots of cotton, linen and jersey pieces in our edit of women’s summer skirts. Meanwhile, kilt-inspired wrap skirts cut from wool are your go-to for days when warmth, softness and texture are at the top of the priority list. In terms of shape, flippy skater styles or soft pleated skirts are suitably airy and comfortable.

If your wardrobe calls for skirts in other lengths, we can help with that, too. Midi skirts with calf-length hems flatter women of all heights and can be worn with everything from ballet flats to high-heeled courts and chunky ankle boots. If you’re hitting the beach or the dancefloor, one of our sweeping maxi skirts makes an eye-catching pick.
