Too big
No, I don't recommend this
These pumps seem well made but they were far too big for my twin girls. They both have narrow and shallow feet and the pumps were deep and wide. I purchased a size 7 and 8 and the size 7 still fell off my daughter with size 8.5 feet whilst she walked. I returned them and purchased the ones with velcro and flower detail which suited their foot shape much better.

My son is 11.5G, so I ordered 12 which was far too big. I exchanged it with size 11 and they are good fit. I recommend to order half size smaller than your child's usual size. They are reasonable quality for what you pay.
