School not accepted it as a school shoes. Been told not to come with it anymore.

I bought these a towards the end of May. My son has used the for five school weeks and the sole is already completely broken ( has holes) allowing water in. It is heartbreaking and unacceptable considering the price. Sadly there is no option to return as they have been worn already.
