I bought the first pair of these shoes for my daughter in September 2024. Two weeks before half term, the bottom of both suddenly split right across like a kit-kat, and her feet were drenched. I did finally convince the three staff members in Bromley and Lewisham (long story!) that she hadn't played football in them (? playing in the playground no longer acceptable schoolchild behaviour what de heck?) and thankfully we were able to swap them for a new pair of the same. The last few weeks of November I was super gluing the end of each rubber tread every night so we could eke them out to the Xmas holidays, and now they've cracked right through again. For the price and from this brand, I'm sad these are so unfit for purpose. Save your money and buy a better brand. The treads just suddenly go right across, and they're destroyed. We need new school shoes now and I'll be giving M&S a wide swerve. I'm not sure they'd honour my request for an exchange a second time! Shame really bc my daughter loved the style, but that's no use if they're not designed to last.

The shoe soles cracked after only one month of wearing. School shoes should be of much better quality than this. This is so unfortunate because my daughter really loved the style of these shoes but the quality is very bad.
