I have this exchanged as in 6 days of wearing them the leather on one of them became bumpy and marked everywhere. I have bought them online and when returning them they didn’t have The same size in the shop and the girl would let me avail of the 20% discount that was there when originally bought them plus she would return the shipping. I have to argue and fight for my right. I got a new pair but the same has happened so I just didn’t think the quality is the best..nor the expected for marks and Spencer

I was so pleased to get a half size in these loafers as that’s hard to find! They are comfortable though I’m slightly disappointed with the sheen on them being slightly dull rather than the shinier leather in the promotion photo.
