Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

These flowers were bought as a valentine gift for my wife. When they arrived the initial impression was good. However, as they were opened an orchid head fell out of its vial. By 5 days all but one of the orchids had drooped and were removed .The roses were quite tatty, but removing the outer petals made them look better. Despite making sure that they had sufficient water they lasted only 7 days. The leaves had all dried up and the rose heads had dropped. We felt the flowers were old before they were dispatched.Overall this purchase was very disappointing for the amount of money spent and a disappointing valentine’s gift.

Red Rose & Orchid Bouquet received the evening before Valentine’s Day as requested. By the morning, after being stored in my garage, they looked virtually dead. They looked so bad I was too embarrassed to give them to my partner. Desperately disappointed with the quality and won’t be ordering flowers through M&S again.

The roses were mostly open and didn’t last more than a few days. One of the orchards was without a stem. I have never had problems on previous occasions and my partner was disappointed.

They were ok. Most m&s flowers are brilliant but they fell short of usual standard this time. My wife had to bin 2 of the roses straight away cause they were squashed.
