Australia's Hunter Valley is famed for producing fine, early-picked Semillons, wonderfully austere in their youth and which age magnificently. Renowned Tyrrells winemaker, Andrew Spinaze, created this fine example from grapes grown on old vines, using no oak to preserve the fresh fruit characters.
