Hooded Anorak with Stormwear™

Cheerful colour. Quite boxy cut. However sleeves on short side and hood is massive and just blows off in wind. Not really for bad weather!

Cannot wait for the warmer weather so I can wear my new orange jacket, I love it and more so because I got it with 20% off.

I purchased this jacket first of all for the colour. It is so vibrant that no one can miss seeing you which I thought was ideal for dog walking on these gloomy days. The fit is a little large but this was a bonus for me as I can wear a thick jumper underneath if the day is especially cold. Great number of pockets, zips up, light jacket yet still surprisingly warm and the colour certainly adds a bit of pazazz to your wardrobe. Only complaint -I'm 5'6 and it sits on my hip bone so it does not cover my bottom completely, another couple of inches would have been better.

I bought this to cheer myself up after wearing dark colours through the winter. It gives me a lift when I put it on. Not tried it in the rain yet...

I bought this jacket to replace another summer jacket so I haven't the chance to test it in warmer rain and wind. In terms of size and fitting - I am 5'2, a petite and is between size 6-8 - I like the jacket as it is roomy but the sleeve length will be better if it is 1 inch shorter. This is a machine washable jacket and also one of the reason I bought it.

This jacket caught my eye yesterday when I went to m&s cafe, I tried on the 16 but it was a little big. Went back today as I couldn't get the jacket & more importantly the colour out of my want list.... I tried it on again today in the 14 & 16 to be sure of the size and bought it in the 14, just love the colour for the brighter days and one happy lady getting into a size smaller, M&S have made my day with this jacket!!!!

Not an anorak but a shower resistant jacket with hood and 4 roomy pockets (2 zipped). Bright orange but fun.

This was an impulse buy after seeing it on a hanger on my way to an escalator in store. I could only find a size 12 to try on (sometimes am a 14 in coats and jackets) but size 12 fitted well. Was wearing a Jersey cotton top when I tried it on but at home tried a thicker jumper and the jacket still fitted well. A few days later I tried a size 14 in another store but it was way too big for me. The sleeves are good for my height of 5'4" but I would imagine for taller ladies the sleeves and the body length being a bit short. The lining is a lovely grey colour, feels like jersey cotton and looks really nice with the orange colour of the jacket. Am away for a few days and was desperate to wear this jacket and one day it was so wet and very windy I wore it under my navy padded coat which does not have a hood and therefore the hood on the Orange jacket was useful and I was doubly warm and cosy. Hope you can all understand this. Although in future I shall wear it on its own! And like previous reviewer probably just with t-shirts. It is a lovely little jacket and will look good with jeans or skirts.

I was leaving the store and noticed this jacket on a model. I have red hair and love to wear this colour. I usually take a size 14 but because I shall be wearing T shirts etc under it, I bought the 12.
