Excellent walking trousers

Bought these walking trousers as a second pair as had already bought them in blue. They are smart, very warm with a expensive feel unlike some walking trousers which can be thin. Tested during a long walk on the welsh coast for over 2 hours during xmas and were perfectly warm, windproof and non sweaty. Pockets are great and sizing is about right.

Good

Warm comfortable all round exactly what I wanted. They do seem to be water resistant, at least they have never let water in when I have been on short walks in the rain, although to be honest I struggle to believe they would be waterproof. Also the elastic panels in the waistband are helpful, occasionally thanks to this feature they can be worn without a belt. The zips on the pockets do not catch or get in the way and make the fit under a coat somehow better. I like them so much I will be buying a second pair which I think is the biggest compliment you can give any product.

Certainly warm, they are snug around the calves for me, but manageable.

Nice and warm, I have to put my socks on after my trousers otherwise I push the lining down the legs. The angled waist fastening takes a bit of getting use to.
