Last time customer Terrible quality The Hastings bunkbed is of a very substandard quality. wood is extremely soft. The paint is terrible and chips at the slight touch. The bed is also extremely creaky and does not inspire any confidence when the children move on it. There are much better options elsewhere for a similar price. This review has been moderate by M&S twice, so I can't tell you actually how bad the bed was.
Clytemnestra17 Happy Grandchildren! I bought these for the grandchildren, and they love them. Very cosy. My only problem was that it was not clear how to get the mattresses, but got there in the end. It is great that they deliver and assemble the bunks.

JosyJo Good value Really good value bunk beds. Very sturdy and perfect for a small bedroom. There was a small manufacturing fault which affected the paintwork. M&S offered us a partial refund which we were happy to accept. Nothing that one of my grandsons ‘lorry stickers’ won’t cover up!

Also wakes me up most nights as it’s so loud! …. We had a real issue with getting these also…. Delivery was pushed back by 8 weeks!!

If you’ve ordered two or more pieces of furniture products, we will aim for one delivery to your address – this is to minimise inconvenience and disruption to you and to help the environment with our Plan A commitment. Your estimated delivery timescale will be shown on the checkout page, before you pay. Our delivery team will deliver furniture to a room of your choice (unless specified as “delivered to your door”), providing social distancing can be maintained. On arrival, the delivery crew will unpack, position and where applicable, assemble your furniture (exclude “delivery only”). This may be subject to change due to government and local lockdowns. Some items are delivered flat packed. These flat packed pieces will need to be assembled by you. You can check this before you order under the ‘Item details’.
We are unable to deliver furniture to the Orkney Islands, internationally, some postcodes (see link) or to our stores for collection. Please allow an additional week for deliveries to Ireland.
