This classic Spanish cheese is made exclusively from the milk of Manchega ewes grazing on the plains of La Mancha and aged for 9 months to develop its distinctive character. Protected by Denomination of Origin since 1984, authentic Manchego can only be made using milk from this breed.

Firm in texture with a hint of creaminess, it offers mildly sweet, buttery flavours with gentle nutty notes and a lingering finish. The dark brown zigzag‑patterned rind is characteristic of the style and is best removed before serving. Enjoy with Membrillo Quince Paste or simply sliced as part of a traditional Spanish board.

Not suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, ensure pack is kept properly sealed or store in an airtight container. Best eaten within 7 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
