More than a year in the making, Our Best Ever Spaghetti Bolognese is crafted using carefully selected British and Italian ingredients. A hearty ragù of British beef mince, British outdoor-bred pork mince and Italian pancetta is simmered with Italian plum tomatoes and Chianti wine, then reduced for a deeply savoury, full-flavoured finish.
The ragù is served over Italian egg spaghetti, chosen for its rough texture that helps the sauce cling to every strand, as well as its rich flavour and firm bite. Finished with shavings of 24-month-aged Italian parmesan, and with additional parmesan folded through the ragù during cooking, this elevated take on an Italian classic delivers layer upon layer of savoury depth.
