Tertius Boshoff has crafted the GableLodge Stellenrust Chardonnay exclusively for M&S. He selects grapes from cool site vineyards and then ferments the wine in French oak and stainless steel with wild yeasts to produce a myriad of flavours. Here, the flavour profile is citrussy and slightly nutty, which pairs well with creamy pasta dishes, roast chicken or soft cheeses.
