Description

Our wood-fired Collection Ultra Thin Margherita Pizza with Basil Pesto is crafted with hand-stretched dough made from specialty-grade flours, for a beautifully charred crust. It's topped with Italian mozzarella pearls and fragrant basil pesto. Our pizzas are made with a blend of Italian 00 flour and strong white pizza flour. The dough is slow-fermented for 30 hours for a complex flavour, and wood fired in our Italian oven.
