Description

Our wood-fired Collection Ultra Thin Chargrilled Vegetable and Pesto Pizza is crafted with hand-stretched dough made from specialty-grade flours, for a beautifully charred crust. It's hand-topped with chargrilled peppers, leccino olives and red onion, generously topped with creamy Italian mozzarella pearls and fragrant basil pesto on our signature, slow-cooked Italian tomato sauce. Our pizzas are made with a blend of Italian 00 flour and strong white pizza flour. The dough is slow-fermented for 30 hours for a complex flavour, and wood fired in our Italian oven.
